green rice flakes, mashed green beans, coconut milk and sweet syrup. Each of
the ingredients is fetched in layers. All you need to do is mix it properly
while eating.
Ching
bo leung sweet soup
If you hate coconut milk in your soup preparation
simply opt for ching bo leung sweet soup. It contains dried red jujube, dried
cloves, roasted peanuts, lotus seeds & a couple of roots, thinly shredded
seaweed, sugar syrup and crushed ice. Some of the ingredients are very helpful

Thai
style sweet soup
Thai style sweet soup is loaded with flavors. It may
be a Thai style but in the Vietnamese version it is a bit less sweet and uses
different fruits. These include, yellow of jackfruit, red of faux pomegranate
seeds, green of Vietnamese jellos and white of litchis and cloves. It is often
served with condensed milk and a scoop of durian.
Khuc
Bach sweet gruel
This soup is very familiar to Southern Vietnam. It
is a perfect balance of litchi and strawberry with cream jellies and almonds.
This means it can be the best option for summer holidays.
